Kit Set Cabins - Pricing
6m x 3m Cabin: $21,600 including GST
6m x 4m Cabin: $24,300 including GST
9m x 3m Cabin: $27,800 including GST
These cabins and costings include:
- Solid timber foundations - H5 piles concreted in, H3.2 140mm x 90mm bearers provide a durable and stable base designed to withstand New Zealand’s conditions and stand the test of time.
- Polythene underlay moisture barrier and polystyrene underfloor insulation to keep your cabin warm and dry all year round.
- Galvanised steel subfloor structure
- 75mm polystyrene insulated wall and roof panels
- Aluminium corners and flashings
- Aluminium sliding door + 2 sliding windows
This prices excludes the following:
- Council consent (only required if the dwelling is within 3 metres of a boundary, and if sanitary fixtures are to be added)
- Steps up to cabin
- Power connection
- Baseboards for foundation
- Floor coverings

The average cost for our custom cabin builds is $2,500 per square metre, including GST. However, final pricing will depend on factors such as size, cladding, interior lining, and the number of windows and doors.
